Description

Working together with a team of Account Managers, you will supervise complex cross-media projects and ensure that they meet the client’s brief. You will act as an interface between the agency, external contractors and specialists and our internationally renowned clients. You are responsible for ensuring that projects meet our quality standards and keep to the agreed budget and deadline. You will also be in charge of developing existing accounts and establishing and developing contacts with potential clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing the conceptual, financial and structural aspects of complex, international cross-media projects
  • Providing client support and advisory services
  • Meeting with clients and acquiring new clients
  • Giving presentations
  • Coordinating internal activities and external contractors
  • Writing and checking project schedules, documentation, bids, follow-up briefs, creative briefs, progress reports and pitch presentations
  • Coordinating project managers, designers, programmers, concept developers, external specialists and contractors
  • Coordinating resource planning and hiring specialists and contractors

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar agency position
  • Strategic client management experience
  • Experience establishing and developing large accounts
  • An interdisciplinary approach and experience of a range of different areas (e.g. online, film, traditional media, social media, events, e-commerce)
  • A solid understanding of the changes brought about by digital media and the implications for users, brands and media companies (e.g. social media)
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent team skills
  • High level of dedication and flexibility
  • Excellent knowledge of English and German
